Rent gets chased politely, consistently, and inside the law.

Outreach on every balance with tone matched to amount and days late, payment plans inside your bounds, and hard-coded compliance rails — the collections work you hate, done the way you wish you did it.

  • Tone-matched reminders: friendly at day 2, firmer at day 15
  • Payment plans proposed only inside limits you configure
  • Banned-language rails: no threats, no legal bluffs, ever

What you get

Every claim below is a working screen in the product — open the demo and check.

Balance-aware outreach

A $40 utility remainder gets a friendly nudge; a month of rent at day 15 gets a firm, professional notice. Tone follows your matrix, not a mood.

Compliance hard rails

A deterministic banned-language screen blocks threats, legal posturing, and collection-practice violations before anything sends. This isn’t a prompt — it’s code.

Payment plans in bounds

Where you allow plans, the agent structures them inside your limits (duration, minimums) and monitors adherence, escalating misses.

Cadence by policy

Reminder day, late-fee day, notice day — outreach follows the schedule your policy defines, with the late-fee engine doing the math.

Knows when to hand off

Hardship, disputes, and anything approaching legal territory route to a human immediately, with the thread and ledger attached.

Queue, dial, audit

Drafts queue for approval until you dial up autonomy; every message and decision is audited with the balance context it acted on.

Common questions from operators

Will this ever threaten eviction?
No. Eviction, attorneys, credit bureaus, and similar language are on a hard banned list enforced in code. Escalation to legal process is a human decision that happens outside the agent.
Do reminders actually send to residents?
Messages compose, thread, and queue in the comms center today; the outbound SMS/email delivery rail is in rollout. When delivery reaches your account, the same approved messages go out externally — until then they are staged, visible to your team, and nothing reaches a resident unreviewed.
Can I review everything before it sends?
Yes — that’s the default. Approve, edit, or reject from the queue; dial up autonomy only when the edits stop.
