These terms cover use of StayLeased during early access. They’re written to be read.
StayLeased is property management software: leasing, operations, accounting, resident portals, and AI agents that work inside rules you configure. During early access some external rails (for example card/ACH processing, screening-bureau data, listing syndication, and outbound message delivery) are in staged rollout — the product labels what’s live and what’s coming on the Connections page, and we don’t charge you while we build with you.
StayLeased is software, not a law firm, accounting firm, or insurance carrier. Lease templates, fee policies, screening criteria, RUBS methods, and similar configurations are tools — have your attorney and CPA confirm what’s lawful and right for your jurisdiction and business.
Don’t use the platform to violate law — including fair-housing, consumer-protection, and debt-collection law — or to harass anyone, attempt to access other companies’ data, or probe the service’s security. We can suspend accounts that do.
The service is provided “as is” during early access, without warranties, and our liability is limited to the greatest extent the law allows. We run production carefully — persistent storage, backups, audit trails — and we tell you honestly what’s simulated versus live.
We’ll update these terms as the product matures (for example when payment processing goes live for your account); material changes will be posted here with a new date, and continued use after that constitutes acceptance.
